SHARKS RUN CLUB

Sharks Run Club is open to anyone who wants to move. All levels are welcome, with no set pace and no pressure, just a consistent way to run alongside a supportive group.

It’s about finding your rhythm. Building consistency, improving naturally and connecting with people who value movement as part of their lifestyle.

Sessions run every Wednesday and Saturday at 6:00am.

Wednesdays are focused on intervals, with a 45-minute session around the oval at Southport Sharks.

Stick around afterwards and unwind with a coffee from BOX Coffee Co. and good company to start the morning right.

Saturdays are a longer, more relaxed run starting from Main Beach Pavilion.

You don’t need to be a member of Sharks Health Club to take part. Just show up and get involved.

A simple routine that fits into your week and feels good while you’re doing it.

Southport Sharks

45 minutes around the oval at Southport Sharks. A structured session to build fitness and keep things consistent.

Saturdays: Long run

Main Beach Pavilion

A more relaxed run starting from the Main Beach Pavilion. Go at your own pace and settle into the distance.
